2023 Summer Gran Prix Series (June 24-25; July 22-23; August 5-6)
Compete in the the 2023 Summer Gran Prix Series (June, July, & August). The Series includes (3) tournaments, which begins with a Gran Prix on June 24-25, 2023, followed by a Gran Prix on July 22-23, 2023, and ends with a Gran Prix on August 5-6, 2023. The tournaments’ main site will be Alamo Heights Tennis Center. Players 18 and under, of any skill level, are welcome to play. (For division information, see below.)
For players just beginning the season, a 2023 Season Initiation fee/Waiver must also be submitted (see link in the "Orders" menu).
Tournament Dates: June 24-25, 2023, July 22-23, 2023, and August 5-6, 2023; earliest anticipated Saturday start time is 8:30 am. See draws for specific match times. Draws will be posted at http://www.sajuniortennis.com on Thursday, the week of each tournament. An email will be sent out once they are online.
Entry Deadline: Sunday, July 30, 2023 @ 11:59 pm.

Eligibility: Regular Gran Prix age divisions 10 and under are open to players UTR 1.5 and below. 12 and under divisions are open to players roughly UTR level 3.0 and below (may differ from qualifications for Masters Invitations). Divisions 14-GIrls 16 should be limited to UTR 3.5 players or below. Boys 16 should be limited to UTR 4.5 or below. Super Open divisions are open to players of all levels. The INTRO division is open to players below UTR 2. In the event a division is short players, it may be combined with another division. Genders and ages may be combined in the INTRO division.
Age Divisions: Age division placement is based on the ages players will be on September 1, 2023.
Format: 2 out of 3 sets, no-ad scoring; Super tiebreak for third set; for INTRO, one 8-game pro set with ad scoring, regular tiebreak (first to 7 by 2) at 7-7.
Surface: If the tournament site has both clay and hard courts, both surfaces will be used interchangeably in order to maximize efficiency and to minimize delays. This will allow as many matches as possible to be played at a single location.
Refund policy: Please note refunds are not available after the entry deadline or for any weather-related cancellations.
